Statistics Canada said today manufacturing sales increased marginally in June, gaining 0.1 percent to a total of $44.8 billion. This marks the 11th increase over the past thirteen months.
Sales gains were reported in nine of 21 industries, representing 50.1 per cent of total sales. The increases were largely offset by declines in the remaining 12 industries.
